What counts as a message?
Every reply your agent sends to a customer. Testing your agent from the dashboard never counts against your limit.
Do I need a website or checkout page?
No. Krody is built for commerce that happens entirely in the DMs — it takes the order, quotes the total, and collects the details right in the chat.
Is a plan per profile or per account?
A plan belongs to your whole Krody account. All of its profiles share the same monthly reply allowance and profile allowance, so you never pay separately for each profile.
Which channels are included?
Instagram and Facebook Messenger are available on every plan today. Shopify, Google Calendar and Paymob are also available when relevant. WhatsApp and Telegram are being prepared and are not yet available to connect.
